Michael A. Mangn Jr., arrested on charges of suspension of drivers license on prior offense, no plate, Louisiana State Police Department warrant, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Kathryn Chloe Spillers, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace by intoxication, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
