Theresa A. Jones, white female, 26, arrested on charges of DWI-1st, driving left of center, by Louisiana State Police-Troop E. She remains in jail.
Henry S. Hatcher, white male, 37, arrested on charges of DWI-first, speeding, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Jeffrey S. Hollis, white male, 48, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, driving on roadway laned for traffic, driving under suspension, by Louisiana State Police-Troop E. He remains in jail.
