Stephen Goss, white male, 75, arrested on charges of resisting by flight, speeding, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Tyler Ryder, white male, 20, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, improper lane usage, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in in jail.
