Timothy Jeter, arrested on charges of bench warrant by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Amy Crouse, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, expired drivers license, expired tags, careless operation, by Louisiana State Police. She remains in jail.
