Nancy Hayes, arrested on charges of cruelty to juveniles, domestic abuse battery, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Cody McDonald. arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, simple obstruction of highway, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
