Joseph Hughes, white male, 52, arrested on charges of driving on roadway laned for traffic, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II drug, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Joseph Merchant Jr., white male, 38, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
