Bianca R. Kundozerov, arrested on charges of theft of motor vehicle, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Adarius Sims, arrested on charges of simple battery, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. Sims remains in jail.
