Dylan Rosario Lucas, arrested on charges of out of jurisdiction warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Vladimir Y. Isakov, arrested on charges of pornography involving juvenile, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Jesse R. Spoerke, arrested on charges of simple arson, criminal trespass, unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling, by New Llano Police Department. He remains in jail.
Joe E. Thomas, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, improper lane usage.
