Frank A. Scott, arrested on charges of traffic bench warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Parker Wilson, arrested on charges of aggravated battery, extortion, cruelty to the infirmed, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
