Anthony Ennis II, arrested on charges of criminal trespass, hit and run driving, 2 counts criminal damage, aggravated assault, no drivers license, no vehicle insurance, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Amber Self, arrested on charges of DWI-2nd offense, DWI-3rd offense, careless operation, failure to report accident, careless operation, by Louisiana State Police. She remains in jail.
