Carl Fletcher, arrested on charges of illegal carrying of weapons, by Rosepine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Timothy E. Dowden Jr., arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving on roadway laned for traffic, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
