Ricky Midkiff, 50, male, arrested on charges of DWI 1st offense, careless operation. He remains in jail.
Alnita Howard, 47, female, arrested on charges of probation violation. She remains in jail.
Tyrone Marshall, Jr., 28, male, arrested on charges of 3 counts possession of schedule I narcotic with intent to distribute, possession of schedule II narcotic, possession of schedule IV narcotic, possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains in jail.
