Joseph James, arrested on charges of resisting an officer, possession of schedule II, by Vernon Parish Drug Task Force. James remains in jail.
Joyce Simmons, arrested on charges of possession of schedule II, by Vernon Parish Drug Task Force. Simmons remains in jail.
Lisa Welch, arrested on charges of no stop lamps, no child restraint, possession of schedule II, prohibited acts, distribution, by Vernon Parish Drug Task Force. Welch remains in jail.
