Kelsey Agnew, arrested on charges of simple battery, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Herman Dunlap, arrested on charges of DWI-second offense, driving on roadway laned for traffic, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Paul Winn, arrested on charges of simple battery, theft, by Rosepine Police Department. He remains in jail.
