Aaron Coleman, black male, 40, arrested on charges of careless operation, resisting by flight, improper lane usage, open container, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He bonded.
Glenn Breaux, white male, 27, arrested on charges of bench warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
