Kyle Coffman. Arrested on charges of out of jurisdiction warrant. Arrested by VPSO, jailed on bond.
Jonathan Mcduffie. Arrested on charges of poss of a firearm or carrying concealed by convicted felon, no signal. Arrested by VPSO, jailed on bond.
