Elise A. Stillwell, white female, 64, arrested on charges of assault family/household member impede breath, assault causing bodily injury, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Donna Marie Richardson, white female, 31, arrested on charges of bond forfeiture, possession of marijuana, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
