Patrick L. Robinson, white male, 19, arrested on charges of carnal knowledge of a juvenile, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Brandon Bates, white male, 27, arrested on charges of DWI-second offense, driving under suspension, violation of open container, probation violation, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
