Alisha Rivers, white female, 39, arrested on charges of bench warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia, switched plates, no proof of insurance, suspended license, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Myranda Smith, white female, 28, arrested on charges of DWI, careless operation of motor vehicle, failure to register, by Louisiana State Police. She remains in jail.
