Katlyn Ryan Neal, arrested on charges of out of jurisdiction warrant, arson with intent to defraud, criminal conspiracy, by Louisiana State Fire Marshall. She remains in jail.
Donald Ray Johnson, arrested on charges of 2 counts arson with intent to defraud, criminal conspiracy, by Louisiana State Fire Marshall. He remains in jail.
John Henry Johnson, arrested on charges of criminal conspiracy, by Louisiana State Fire Marshall. He remains in jail.
