Kelly A. Wyatt, arrested on charges of DWI-2nd offense, improper lane usage, open container, by Louisiana State Police. Wyatt remains in jail.
Charles R. Emarson Jr., arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, obstruction of justice, suspended driver's license, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
