Jacob Zachariah Yaw, arrested on charges of bench warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. Yaw remains in jail.
William Joseph Barco, arrested on charges of simple arson, by Louisiana State Fire Marshall. Barco remains in jail.
