Vincent L. Dowden, arrested on charges of bench warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. Dowden remains in jail.
Quinton Wade Haley, arrested on charges of forgery, theft under $500, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. Haley remains in jail.
Charles Michael Kelsey, arrested on charges of possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. Kelsey remains in jail.
