Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office report 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Christian Wayne Sain, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, public intoxication, failure to identify, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Kendra Renee Cummings, white female, arrested on charges of abandon/endanger child, possession of controlled substance, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
