Curtis Scott Harrison, white male, arrested on charges of intoxication manslaughter with vehicle-3 counts, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Shane Timothy Raines, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, unlawful carrying of weapon, child endangerment-3 counts, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
