Jeffery Brian Sowell, white male, arrested on charges of warrant-felon in possession of firearm, by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. He remains in jail.
Richard Brent Sowell, white male, arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, by San Augustine Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
