Raymond Earl Harper Jr., black male, arrested on charges of stalking, criminal trespass, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Richard Olando Simmons, black male, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
