Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office report 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arlan Nathaniel Spear, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, fabricate/tamper with physical evidence, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Steven Darrell Edwards, black male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
