Rachel Marie Ross, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of dangerous drug, possession of marijuana, tamper fabricate physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Richard Wayne Teel, black male, arrested on charges of theft-organized retail theft, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
