Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office reports 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Milton Utah Cramer, white male, arrested on charges of failure to appear-criminal nonsupport, assault family violence-Midland County warrant, evading arrest-Midland County Warrant, by San Augustine County Sheriff's office. He remains in jail.
Victor Kevin Simmons Jr., black male, arrested on charges of warrant-tampering with evidence, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
