Michelle Mae Hughes, white female, arrested on charges of credit card abuse, no driver's license, by San Augustine Police Department. She remains in jail.
Rodney Wilson Kessler, white male, arrested on charges of warrant-motion to revoke, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
