Katherine Burch Burns, white female, arrested on charges of burglary of a habitation, engaging in organized criminal activity, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Terry Wayne Phipps, white male, arrested on charges of theft with two prior convictions, criminal trespass, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
