Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office report 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Eric Charles Polk, black male, arrested on charges of warrant-assault with deadly weapon, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Marissa Shantel Sandoval, white female, arrested on charges of warrant-failure to appear for possession of controlled substance, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
