Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office report 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Joey Dwayne Beebee, white male, arrested on charges of Sabine County warrant for possession of marijuana, no arresting agency was reported. He remains in jail.
Megan Elizabeth Jones-Chambers, white female, arrested on charges of Capias warrants-no drivers license, driving while license invalid, failure to use proper headlight, Abandon/endanger child, possession of controlled substance, no arresting agency was reported. She remains in jail.
