Hilario Moreno, hispanic male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
William Dwayne Roach, white male, arrested on charges of 2 Hardin County warrants-take white tailed deer without landowner consent, Hardin County warrant-possession of controlled substance, by Texas Parks and Wildlife Division. He remains in jail
