Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office reports 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Johnny Darnell Barkins, black male, arrested on charges of criminal mischief, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
William Martin Harris, white male, arrested o charges of warrant-parole warrant, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
