David Wayne Cooper Jr., white male, arrested on charges of driving while license invalid, possession of controlled substance, tampering/fabricate evidence, defective tail lamp, expired registration, no insurance, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Robert Lloyd Laughlin, white male, arrested on charges of credit card abuse of the elderly, theft, exploitation of the elderly, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
