Stormi Cheyenne Hughes, white female, arrested on charges of theft, abandon/endanger child intentional/knowingly/reckless criminal neglect, possession of controlled substance, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Chad Joseph Moroski, white male, arrested on charges of DWI-second offense, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains jail.
