Lacotty Lahoward Davis, black male, arrested on charges of burglary of habitation, criminal mischief, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Wallace O'Neal Thomas, black male, arrested on charges of unauthorized use of motor vehicle, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
