Lathan Gene Johnson, black male, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in a 24 hour hold.
Stefern Lamor Jones, black male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to repair, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Juan Bernardo Posadas, hispanic male, arrested on charges of DWI, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
