Ottis James Cotton, black male, arrested on charges of no driving license, resisting/evading arrest, evading arrest, aggravated assault against peace officer, assault against peace officer, possession of controlled substance, failure to identify, attempting to take a weapon from a peace officer, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Alyssa Lean Spaugh, white female, arrested on charges of probation violation-Sabine County warrant for possession of marijuana, probation violation-Jasper County warrant for burglary, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
