Jamie Luis Ramos, hispanic male, arrested on charges of DWI-second offense, possession of marijuana, by Texas Department of Public Safety, San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Marlana Merissa Poore, hispanic female, arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
