Robert Anthony Tanner, black male, arrested on charges of failure to identify, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Charles Ray Whisenhunt, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
