Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office reports 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. James Brent Mosley, white male, arrested on charges of motion for adjudication of guilt, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Charles Gregory Runnels, white male, arrested on charges of manufacturing/deliver of controlled substance, failure to display driver's license, expired driver's license, display fictitious plates, by San Augustine County Sheriff's office. He remains in jail.
