Jana Rachelle Sanders, white female, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, by Texas Department of Public Safety. She remains in jail.
Jose Louis Moreno Sr., hispanic male, arrested on charges of indecency with a child-contact, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Justin Darrell Shofner, white male, arrested on charges of warrant-forgery of financial instrument, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
