Jose Ricardo San Miguel Gomez, Hispanic male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, failure to identify, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Gary Lewis Smith, white male, arrested on charges of assaukt family violence, Shelby County warrant for evading arrest/detention, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
