Robert Austin Cobb, white male, arrested on charges of assault-family violence, by San Augustine Sheriff's Office. He was released after a 24-hour hold.
Orlando Cepeda Martin, black male, arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
