Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office report 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Breana Shantrelle Small-Peppers, black female, arrested on charges of motion to revoke probation-tamper or fabricate physical evidence, Nacogdoches County warrant, by San Augustine Police Department. She remains in jail.
Brandon Dwayne MCGalin, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
