Steven Darrell Edwards, black male, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Kolyn Seth Burrow, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. Burrow remains in jail.
