Johnny Darnell Barkins, black male, arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, by San Augustine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Rodney Dale Parker, white male, arrested on charges of motion for adjudication, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
